1. Damaged light source

The solar street light system is not working properly. The LED light is not on when it is on, and the lighting time is not enough. 4. Battery issues

The reverse connection of the positive and negative poles of the battery, poor contact, expiration of service life, battery damage, etc. make the battery unable to work properly, the battery voltage is too low, or the solar street light system cannot work properly, the LED light does not light up, the lighting time is not enough, and it does not light up when it is on.

Please confirm if the positive and negative poles of the battery are connected in reverse and test if the battery is damaged. Charge the battery with your own power source. After the battery is fully charged, the test voltage should be within the normal range (as specified in the battery specification). Then, connect the battery directly to the load (note not to connect the controller at this time) and test the voltage with a multimeter to see if the voltage changes. If the voltage decreases slowly, it indicates that the battery is normal. If the voltage decreases quickly in a short period of time (a few minutes), it indicates that the battery is broken

5. Line aging or disconnection

The solar panel is not connected to any load in sunlight, and do not connect the controller. Simply pull out the wires of the solar panel and connect a multimeter to test its voltage. Note that only the voltage above the battery voltage can charge the battery. If it is below the battery voltage, the battery cannot be charged.
